She has recently completed research on:
Impact of IDF of Positivity & Mindfulness on Well-Being on a sample of 385 adults
Using psychometric tools SWLS, PANAS, MAAS, WHO-5, HAM-A, as IDF scales
Employing correlation, multiple regression, ANOVA, and predictive modelling
Investigating how positivity and mindfulness explain significant variance in well-being and anxiety
Developing a framework connecting IDF → neurophysiological activation → impact of positivity, mindfulness with variants of income, age & gender on well-being
I have over two decades of teaching and training experience across educational institutions, counselling settings, and organizational environments. My teaching integrates pyschoneuroimmunology, psychology, neurophysiology, mindfulness, and the concept of Internal Dominant Focus (IDF) to help learners understand how thought patterns, their underlying emotional vibrational frequencies, and neurophysiological processes influence behaviour and well-being.
• Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation
Structured modules on mindfulness, breathwork, attention training, and emotional balance.
• Applied Psychology & Therapeutic Skills
Instruction in understanding Psychoineuroimmunology , CBT, DBT, Behaviour Analysis, NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Regression Therapy, and Progressive Muscle Relaxation.
• Neurophysiology of Emotions
Teaching the science of neurotransmitters, action potentials, autonomic functioning, and psychoneuroimmunology related to stress and self -healing.
• Internal Dominant Focus (IDF)
Training in identifying, understanding, and shifting underlying dominant emotional focus patterns that influence health, decisions, anxiety, motivation, and performance.
• Mind–Body Healing Frameworks
Teaching the relationship between thoughts, emotions, parasympathetic activity, and long-term mental and physical well-being.
• Academic & Institutional Workshops
Sessions delivered in schools, universities, and organizations on motivation, resilience, positive thinking, behavioural transformation, and emotional mastery.
Online & offline teaching
One-to-one coaching
Group workshops
Training adults,psychology & psychiatric students
Books on applied self help
Applied therapeutic learning modules
With more than twenty years of integrated work in psychoneuroimmunology, positive psychology, emotional management, neurophysiology, and therapeutic sciences, I combine research, applied intervention, and mind–body healing to support individuals, mental health, and educational systems. My professional experience spans clinical practice, behavioural transformation, emotional management, writing books, bolgs and scientific papers.
Integrated Mindfulness, IDF & Neurophysiology Research (2015–Present)
Conduct research on mindfulness, positivity, Internal Dominant Focus (IDF), well-being, anxiety, and Subjective Well-Being (SWB) using large quantitative samples.
Use psychometric tools (PANAS, MAAS, SWLS, WHO-5, HAM-A, BDI-II, PHQ-9) and statistical models (correlations, regression, ANOVA).
Examine neurophysiological mechanisms linking thought patterns to emotional states, autonomic regulation, motivation, and psychoneuroimmunology.
Develop conceptual frameworks connecting IDF with neurotransmitter activation, stress hormones, and behavioural outcome
Present research at academic conferences and publish in international journals.
