The New Age is gradually setting in and is believed to settle by 2086, marking the transition from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius cosmically. Neurophysiologically, this shift can be understood as a movement from a stress-driven civilization to a happiness-driven civilization. The Age of Aquarius may increasingly function as a dopamine-based era, where long periods of silence, boredom, and inner stillness are followed by meaningful moments of joy, inspiration, and fulfillment—just as long flights of birds are followed by arriving at destinations. This is unlike the Age of Pisces, where noradrenaline and cortisol dominated human behavior, driving continuous activity, survival pressure, academic intensity, and fear-based competition across generations.
Spiritually, Pisces represents water, symbolizing hidden truths, suppressed emotions, and unconscious suffering. This is why many long-buried realities are now surfacing globally, as if secrets kept under the ocean are rising upward. Aquarius represents air and flight, like the metaphor of a bird. This symbolizes humanity moving from emotional drowning toward emotional upliftment. From a neuroscience perspective, this transition reflects a gradual shift from chronic sympathetic activation to parasympathetic regulation, where the nervous system learns to move from fight-or-flight into rest, repair, and emotional balance.
In the Aquarius age, the pursuit of success may slowly be replaced by the pursuit of happiness, inner safety, and emotional stability. Dopamine-driven rat races may reduce, while serotonin-based contentment and parasympathetic healing may rise. Marks, money, and status may gradually lose importance compared to creativity, compassion, peace, and emotional intelligence.
Neurophysiologically, the Aquarius age may support greater balance in neurotransmitters and hormones. Chronic cortisol and noradrenaline dominance may reduce, allowing healthier secretion of serotonin and GABA, which stabilize mood and calm the nervous system. Oxytocin, the bonding hormone, may rise through improved trust and community connection. Endorphins may increase as humans shift toward joy-based living rather than fear-based survival. The pineal gland may become more activated through meditation, improving melatonin regulation and deeper sleep cycles, indirectly supporting intuition and emotional clarity. This biochemical harmony may gradually build the foundation of Satyug.
Creating an allostatic balance through teaching positive vibrational living and mindfulness-based objectivity may significantly contribute to building a more harmonious and emotionally regulated society. Such a society may value compassion, self-awareness, and spiritual maturity supported by scientific insight, more than self-survival driven by blind obedience to religion, rigid ideology, or fear-based occult beliefs. In this New Age, academic rote-based performance may gradually be replaced by a deeper ability to remain optimistic, emotionally intelligent, and creatively capable of finding real solutions for human well-being and global peace.
In the Aquarius age, human beings may also begin realizing that neurotransmitters can be strengthened by managing inner feelings rather than depending only on external resources. Dopamine may no longer be sought through addictions, drugs, or excessive stimulation, but through inner peace, purpose, and creative flow. Oxytocin may be naturally activated through genuine caregiving, emotional bonding, and compassion, rather than artificial chemical dependence. Even physical strength and stability may increasingly be obtained through deeper rest, parasympathetic healing, and emotional regulation, rather than excessive hormonal interventions that may increase aggression, imbalance, and reduce vibrational harmony. Thus, biochemical power may become an outcome of inner evolution, not external consumption.
Many prophecies across religions describe a coming thousand-year era of peace, with global unity through shared systems such as one currency, one education structure, and freer migration. Satyug will not be created by force, but by emotional evolution, as humanity learns that inner peace is the foundation of outer peace.
